Sunrise at String Lake
We started our day with a sunrise shot at String Lake in Grand Teton National Park. There was a herd of Elk on the side of the road as we entered the park. The caravan of cars had to drive slow because the animals will run in front of the cars causing harm to the animals and humans.
After sunrise we went to the workshop for a lecture. We just finished lunch and are heading back for our afternoon lecture then we will be out for sunset this evening. Long but fantastic days taking photographs.
Attached is one of the photos from this morning. There were wildfires in the area, so the smoke was casting a fog over the lake, but I like the effect.
I love the reflection in the lake! Be careful of those Elk! But try to get a pics for another quilt! Love, MUM
